The business began at Rabale in Navi Mumbai, corrugating boxes for manufacturers across the surrounding MIDC belt. As demand outgrew that site, we moved the whole operation to Khopoli, a larger plant on the Mumbai–Pune corridor closer to the industrial clusters we were already supplying.
Khopoli is where the business widened. Alongside corrugated boxes we took up mono-carton manufacturing at the same unit, so a customer's transit and retail packaging now come off one floor, under one team.
We size and design the box against your product weight, transit route and stacking pattern.
Physical samples and drawings are approved before the first production run.
A single owner for your account across enquiry, sampling, production and dispatch.
Approved specifications are locked and reproduced run after run.
I started this business with one corrugator and a short list of customers, most of whom are still with us. What has not changed since is that one person is answerable for everything that leaves our gate.
Packaging only gets noticed when it fails: a box that splits in transit, a carton that will not run on a filling line. So we would rather argue with you about board grade at the sampling stage than apologise for it afterwards. And if something ever does go wrong with our material, call me directly.
